Project description.

EXTFOX was subcontracted by a Norway-based partner to build an internal IoT application for SR Bank's new headquarters, designed around strict privacy, security, and enterprise access requirements.

The platform let employees control window blinds, HVAC systems, and lighting modes, read live sensor data, and view heatmaps of the most booked spaces by time and location.

We also built dynamic meeting room booking with reservations over defined periods, including preferred temperature settings within safe limits for each booking.

The delivery included a native iOS app, a scalable Next.js backend, and on-site work with the client to resolve Azure SSO and banking compliance constraints.
